The Brief

One of the more unique projects we have undertaken in recent years included this villa remodel. Our brief was to add more industrial elements to the property, focusing on modern design and raw materials, which we used to stunning effect. Some of the highlights included industrial poured concrete floors, all new black framed aluminium doors and windows creating more natural light, a G+1 extension, bespoke staircase and the installation of architectural ceilings, which allowed for cove lighting.
