01 – Site Visit
We’re a ‘hands-on’ kind of business, which means that everyone has a unique role to play in fulfilling our clients’ brief. From the moment we first begin the conversation at the site visit, we are fully invested in bringing their ideas to life. We listen to their needs, all while inspecting the space and providing suggestions on improvements that could really help to maximise its potential. For us, it’s all about collaborating and getting to know our clients on a personal level, which is why from Day 1 you will have someone dedicated to guiding and managing the project every step of the way.
02 – Proposal & Costing
We pride ourselves on offering the most professional and personalised service in the market, which is why we don’t submit our Proposed Layouts and Bill of Quantities until we have completed a site visit and are satisfied we are clear on every element of the client brief. We don’t cut corners or promise anything we can’t deliver. Our goal is to nurture the relationship with our clients to provide an exceptional and competitive experience that exceeds expectations every time.
03 – Delivery
Our process, from when we begin the work to handover, is always fully inclusive and transparent. We involve our clients at every stage of the decision-making process, holding weekly catch-up meetings to ensure the communication flow is clear and consistent throughout, while offering great supplier management and supporting material procurement too. Whatever you need, we’re there to guide you through it.
04 – Aftercare
Our clients matter to us, which is why we go the extra mile to ensure they are always happy with not just the finished product, but with how we have handled the process overall. At MACS our standards are incredibly high – we are known throughout the market for our thorough QC process and excellent finish. However, that doesn’t mean our job ends at handover. Our door is always open, our team is always ready to help with whatever aftercare may be needed – that’s a promise.
