The Brief

This was one of the more unique projects that MACS had the privilege to work on. Originally near a shell and core villa, we were briefed to create a fully automated smart home, where everything – from the lighting and the A/C to the blinds and the music – could be operated from one centralised system. In addition to this, many custom features were built and added throughout, from a new elevator to a stunning fireplace that acted as a room divider, cladded with marble to add a luxurious finish. We also created a custom large aquarium, which helped to add a stunning focal point to the main living area downstairs.
